  2. 6 contramuslos de pollo
  3. 1-2 patatas
  4. 4 zanahorias

  1. Pelamos y cortamos en tacos las zanahorias. Guisamos junto con el pollo (yo le puse el resto de una picada de pimiento para no desperdiciarla pero no tienes por qué)
  2. Añadimos la patata, la cebolla y los ajos (yo los pongo en un pincho por que solo quiero el saborcillo pero en mi casa todos lo repelemos. Así es más fácil quitarlos después)
  3. Añadimos el caldo con el #agua, salpimentamos, añadimos alguna plantita para aromatizar (en esa ocasión yo puse perejil picado por que era lo que tenía, pero normalmente pongo cilantro), una partillita de maggi y dejamos cocer a fuego lento media horita aprox. Y añadimos las mazorcas cortadas en 3-4 pedazos y dejamos 1/2 horita más a fuego bajo.
  4. Emplatamos y... bon profit!!!
