Cuando lo tengamos todo en el bol con las verduras, preparamos la vinagreta, en un bol, ponemos aceite de oliva, sal al gusto, un par de dientes de ajo o tres machacados o prensados, perejil y vinagre (Todos los ingredientes van un poco al gusto pero yo utilice un vaso de aceite y 2 o 3 dedos de vinagre). Mezclamos muy bien hasta integrar.
  4. Añadimos la vinagreta al bol donde tenemos las verduras y mariscos y mezclamos muy bien para integrar. Probamos para rectificar de sal.
  5. Por último cuando vayamos a servir coronamos con un poco de cebollino fresco, también podemos añadir aceitunas negras. Listo
