- Cortamos el salmón sin piel/ atún o langostinos, en dados. Lo ponemos en un bol y añadimos el jengibre cortado muy pequeño, salsa de soja (no demasiada) y el wasabi. Mezclamos y reservamos.

- En un cazo grande con agua hirviendo, cocinamos 4 minutos el edamame. Cuando esté frío sacamos las habas de soja.


- En un vaso calentamos 30” en el micro el vinagre de arroz y el azúcar. Mezclamos con el arroz.

- Cortamos el pepino, aguacate y la fruta que vamos a usar, muy fino.
- Montamos el bowl empezando por el arroz. Colocamos por encima el pescado y alrededor el resto de ingredientes. Por encima he puesto el alta wakame, semillas de amapola y sésamo negro.
