  3. 10 ml zumo de limón
  4. 3 gr canela Ceylan en polvo
  5. Masa de galleta
  6. 150 gr harina de avena integral

  8. 40 gr AOVE
  9. 1 huevo
  10. 1 cdita canela
  11. 25 g sirope de agave
  12. Caramelo saludable
  13. 80 gr dátiles deshuesados (o pasta de dátiles)
  14. 50 ml leche evaporada
  15. 3 gr canela en polvo

  1. Ponemos los dátiles a remojo en agua caliente 10 min.
  2. Cortamos las manzanas en dados muy pequeños, los añadimos en una sartén a fuego medio con el limón, la canela y cocinamos 10 min. Los dejamos escurrir en un colador.
  3. Trituramos los dátiles escurridos (o la pasta de dátil) con la leche evaporada y la canela hasta conseguir un caramelo homogéneo.
  4. Precalentamos el horno a 180°C con calor arriba y abajo.
  5. En un bol añadimos los ingredientes secos tamizados: harinas y canela. Y en otro los húmedos: huevo, AOVE y sirope de agave. Mezclamos los ingredientes secos con los húmedos hasta formar una bola y dividimos la masa en 2 partes iguales.
  6. Estiramos una mitad entre 2 papeles de horno hasta obtener un grosor de 2mm. Cortamos la masa con un cortador circular y colocamos las bases en una bandeja de horno con papel de horno.
  7. Untamos las bases con caramelo y añadimos dados de manzana por encima.
  8. Estiramos la otra mitad de la masa entre 2 papeles de horno hasta obtener un grosor de 2mm y la cortamos en tiras finas de forma que el largo sea un poco más que el diámetro de las bases.
  9. Hacemos un cuadrado con 4 tiras superpuestas sobre las galletas y las sellamos a la base. Las pincelamos con yema batida y horneamos 15 min a 180°C.
  10. Dejamos enfriar sobre rejilla y ¡listas!
