  2. 4 cucharadas vinagre de manzana

  4. 45 g pan blanco
  5. 200 g almendras crudas peladas
  6. 1 cucharada aceite de oliva

  9. 2 manzanas

  1. Primero vamos a remojar con un poco de agua el pan para que se ablande.
    Ahora vamos a coger las almendras crudas peladas y las vamos a triturar bien, se tiene que quedar como si fuera pan rallado. (podéis comprar la almendra ya triturada si queréis).
  2. Una vez tengamos el pan húmedo y la almendra triturada, vamos a coger un vaso de batidora y le añadiremos las almendras, el pan, el ½ diente de ajo pelado, el vinagre, el aceite, una pizca de sal, y también le echaremos un poco de agua para poder triturar.
    Por la sal no os preocupéis, al final del todo podremos rectificar de sal y vinagre si fuera necesario.
    Seguidamente batiremos bien todos los ingredientes hasta que se obtengamos una mezcla homogénea.
  3. Una vez tengamos triturado todo muy bien, es el momento de añadir el resto del agua, removemos bien y probaremos para rectificar de sal o vinagre si fuera necesario.
    Cuando la tengamos lista la meteremos en el frigorífico para que enfríe bien.
    Ya solo quedará servirlo en un cuenco, añadiéndole manzana troceada en mi caso.
    También se le puede añadir pasas, piñones, uvas, ya al gusto.
