  9. 150 g nata

  1. Picamos el ajito y lo echamos en la sartén, cocinamos 1-2 minutos y añadimos la parte blanca de media cebolleta picada, cocinamos durante 4 minutos para que se dore ligeramente.

  3. Añadimos después el whisky, dejamos que se evapore bien el alcohol y añadimos la mitad del fumet de marisco (el mío era de langostinos). Dejamos cocinar a fuego suave durante 15 minutos. Por otro lado vamos haciendo los taquitos de bacon y cuando estén ligeramente dorados los incorporamos a la salsa.
  4. Calentamos por otro lado la nata, le echamos un poquito de azafrån y le añadimos la otra mitad del fumet, y reservamos tapåndola sin dejar que se enfríe.
  5. Cocinamos los gambones abiertos por la mitad a la plancha. Una vez estén cocinados, los ponemos en un plato, echamos la salsa que hemos hecho primero por encima y la de nata la batimos con una batidora para que se quede tipo espuma y la echamos por encima de la otra salsa. Añadimos unos trocitos de la parte verde de la cebolleta y listos para comer! A mí me sobró de las dos salsas y las guarde para hacer una pasta mezclada con ambas salsas, estaba buenísima!
