  2. Ponemos los tomates en agua y los lavamos bien. Les quitamos el corazón y picamos en trozos y los añadimos al recipiente con el pan.
  3. Pelamos y lavamos los ajos. Para que el sabor del ajo no se repita, se elimina la raíz o corazón del ajo. Se pican en trozos y se añaden también al recipiente.
  4. Finalmente se añaden el aceite de oliva, el vinagre y la sal y batimos con la batidora hasta obtener una crema espesa. Si se prefiere más espeso o estuviera muy líquido, siempre se puede añadir más pan y un poco de aceite. Si estuviera muy espeso, se pueden añadir uno o dos tomates.
  5. Una vez que tenemos lista la crema, reservamos en el frigorífico mínimo 2-3 horas. En mi caso, yo la paso por un pasapuré para eliminar restos de piel y pepitas del tomate. Otra opción es quitar las pepitas y pelar el tomate antes de batirlo.
  6. Se sirve frío en un plato hondo o en un bol acompañado de trozos de jamón y huevo duro.
