  4. Si observas la mezcla muy densa, añade un poco del agua que reservaste. Mezcla hasta obtener una pasta suave y comprueba el sabor, debe ser un poco ácido sin perder de vista el sabor propio del garbanzo. Sirve de inmediato.
  5. También se puede refrigerar y mantener en la nevera en un envase de vidrio con tapa hermética para su mayor conservación.
