- 1 cucharadita sal
- 1 cucharada sopera zumo de limón o vinagre de manzana
- 50 gr aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 100 gr cubitos de hielo

- Yo he preparado el gazpacho en la MC, pero si no tenéis robot, se puede hacer con una batidora.
- Lavamos y troceamos el tomate y el pimiento. Troceamos el melón. Pelamos la cebolla y el ajo y troceamos la cebolla. Incorporamos todas la verduras y el melón a la jarra de la MC o batidora.
- Añadimos a la jarra, el aceite, la sal, el zumo de limón o vinagre. Con la MC, programamos 4 min./vel. 10. Con batidora, triturar todo a máxima potencia durante 4 minutos.

- Probamos y rectificamos a nuestro gusto de sal. Pasamos el gazpacho a una jarra y lo dejamos en la nevera hasta el momento de servir, bien frío. Lo acompañaremos con unos daditos de melón por encima y un chorrito extra de aceite de oliva.
