  12. 1 puñado Cilantro o perejil para decorar
  13. 1 puñadito nueces para decorar

  1. Asamos los pimientos( se pueden comprar ya hechos en cuyo caso disminuye el tiempo de elaboración. Pero yo aprobeché para hacer después una ensalada de pimientos.

  3. Trituramos todo, si nos gusta más picante podemos añadir un poco pimienta.
  4. Decoramos con nueces, cilantro o perejil(yo utilicé Cilantro)
