  7. Cuando termine el programa desgasificamos la masa formamos un cilindro de la medida del molde y dejamos levar, mi molde es de 11×21

Pulverizamos agua y añadimos unos copos de avena, horno precalentado a 230 grados calor solo abajo, horneamos por 15 minutos bajamos a 200 gr calor arriba y abajo y horneamos por 15 minutos, ponemos una bandeja encima para que no le dé el calor de lleno por 15 minutos más, en total el periodo de horneado es de 45 minutos
