  3. En otro recipiente mezclamos la miel + aceite de girasol + esencia de vainilla. Un truco para conseguir integrar bien los 3 ingredientes es calentando un poco la miel en el microondas (30 seg). De esta forma estará más líquida y será más fácil trabajar con ella.
  4. Cuando la mezcla líquida esté bien hecha, la añadimos al bol con los ingredientes secos. Trabajamos con la mano integrando bien todos los ingredientes secos queden bien cubiertos de la mezcla con miel.
  5. Precalentamos el horno a 150 grados. Extendemos bien en una bandeja de horno, sobre una lámina de papel sulfurizado, la granola. Introducimos en el horno a media altura durante 5 minutos.
  6. Sacamos la bandeja sin apagar el Horno, removemos la granola sobre la misma bandeja y la introducimos de nuevo al horno durante 3 minutos más.
  7. Retiramos del horno, ahora si definitivamente, dejamos que se Atempere sobre la misma bandeja removiendo de vez en cuando.
  8. Cuando esté completamente fría, la introducimos en un bote hermético (si es de cristal, mejor) y la almacenamos en un lugar seco. Se conservará en buen estado durante un par de semanas. Eso si, recién hecha esta súuuuuper crujiente 😋. A disfrutar!!!
