  7. Con esta mezcla una vez diluida la sal, cubrimos los boquerones les ponemos encima un papel de aluminio y al frigorífico durante toda la noche.
  8. A la mañana siguiente, los escurrimos bien y le ponemos agua fría con hielo (veréis han quedado blanquitos)
  9. Los tenemos un par de horas y los volvemos a poner en la fuente para el toque final
