- Primero hacemos el pan naan. Para ello diluimos la levadura junto con la leche, el agua y la miel. Dejamos reposar 15', hasta que se cree espuma en la parte superior

- Siguiendo con el baba ganoush, pelamos las berenjenas ya cocinadas y las añadimos al vaso de batidora. Batimos bien y reservamos
- Vamos a acabar con el pan naan. Coge porciones del tamaño de medio puño (mojate las manos para facilitar el paso) y lo extendemos bien en una sartén calentada sin aceite. (Es un poco como hacer crepes)
- Una vez tenemos el pan hecho y el baba ganoush también hacemos en salmón. Ponemos un chorrito de aceite en una sartén y a fuego lento sellamos los lomitos para que no se salga el colágeno y queden jugosos. Una vez sellados subimos un poco el fuego y tapamos para que se hagan bien por dentro.
