  3. Sacamos del horno y ahora añadimos los ingredientes que más nos gusten!
    Yo le he echado:
    En la base, una capa de pisto,
    Mozzarella, pimienta negra y orégano.
    Un huevo cocido picadito.
    Jamón cocido cortado en trocitos
    1 aguacate cortado en finitas láminas
    Y 3 champiñones frescos cortados en láminas.
    No tenía más queso, pero le puedes añadir el queso que más te guste para gratinar
    Se mete al horno durante 20-30 minutos, 200° por arriba y por abajo. Y LISTO!!
  4. Dejar reposar 15 o 20 minutos antes de tomar para que este más durito, estilo pizza 😋
