  4. Al día siguiente se lavan bien de nuevo, pica ajo y perejil y vas colocando tandas.
  5. Cubre bien de aceite (que yo luego aprovecho para hacer salsa con aceite, ajo, perejil, limón y vinagre) y a la nevera. Ahí aguantan bastante tiempo aunque a mí me duran poco 😋.
